FILE – In this March 31, 2014 file photo, Loretha Cager talks with an applicant at MNSure’s call center in St. Paul, Minn. When MNsure launched Oct. 1, 2013, the help line had only 22 staffers, who were quickly overwhelmed by frustrated shoppers. More than 300 call center workers will be standing by this year, and more than 1,000 trained “assisters” will be available statewide to provide free in-person help to anyone needing guidance in signing up for the first time or renewing.
