Chubby Checker sues Hewlett-Packard over app that measures ‘a man’s manhood’
“The Chubby Checker” app allowed women to estimate the length of their man’s penis based on his shoe size but there’s a twist – and it goes like this:
The actual Chubby Checker, whose real name is Ernest Evans, is suing Hewlett-Packard for half a billion dollars because, apparently, measuring genitalia is not what Checker does “if daddy is sleepin’ and mama ain’t around.”
Checker, 71, fears the app will associate his stage name with obscene and sexual images, reported webOS Nation.
The lawsuit claims that the rock and roll pioneer “received no compensation for the unauthorized use of the Chubby Checker name and trademark.”
