(CBS Sports) – Rejoice, football fans, because the 2015 NFL schedule is finally here. Tom Brady and the Patriots will kick off the regular season against Ben Roethlisberger and the Steelers.

Week 1 also includes a sexy Sunday night game with the New York Giants heading to Dallas to face the rival Cowboys.

Other notable games?

  • A rare Thanksgiving game at Lambeau Field between the Bears and Packers where legendary quarterback Brett Favre will have his jersey retired. The last and only time the Packers hosted a Thanksgiving game was in 1923.
  • Greg Hardy facing his former team, the Carolina Panthers, on Thanksgiving Day in Dallas.
  • The Packers and Seahawks will meet in Week 2 in a rematch of their epic NFC Championship Game.
  • The Bears will host the Broncos in Week 11 in a revenge game for John Fox, who was unceremoniously dumped by John Elway after leading the Broncos to four straight playoff appearances — including a Super Bowl run in 2013.
