(NNPA) – Does it surprise you that ultra-weird super-freak Dennis Rodman, whose face looks like a hardware shop with all the piercings, would offer to go out on a date with Caitlyn Jenner?

The NBA Hall of Fame rebounding genius, who once dated Madonna and won championships with Michael Jordan and wore a wedding dress in public — all in the same era — said that the world has come a long way in just a few short decades since he unsuccessfully tried to convince Sports Illustrated to let him pose in a dress on the cover of their magazine in 1995.

So he told TMZ that he is proud of the response that the former Bruce Jenner has received from the public at large. But check out how he offered to go out with Jenner.
