Oprah Winfrey is Taking Sex Tips from ‘Queen Sugar’

Oprah Winfrey is learning a thing or two from her network’s new drama series ‘Queen Sugar.’

The veteran talk show host revealed to Entertainment Weekly that a scene from the Ava DuVernay-helmed show gave her an idea for her longtime beau, Stedman Graham.

After watching an episode of the upcoming series that includes a sex scene in which the main character opens a blanket to invite the partner into bed, Winfrey admitted, “You want to be that person.”

“It hits a sensual nerve. He is unhooking her bra, and you’re like, ‘Whoa!’ I’m like, ‘I’m going to get Stedman to unhook my bra and see what happens. Put your hand in my panty hose and let’s see what happens,” the 62-year-old quipped.

The Oprah Winfrey Network founder also revealed that she watched episodes of the new show with her bestie, Gayle King.

After watching a scene together in which Timon Kyle Durrett picks up Dawn-Lyen Gardner, Winfrey recalled 61-year-old King saying, “God, I wish somebody would pick me up like that.” Winfrey jokingly replied, “I said, ‘He’d probably hurt his back and fall into the pool. [Laughs] And that would ruin the scene.”
