Microsoft Brings Movie Moments to Skype Chats with New ‘Moji’ Feature

(Dispatch Times) – Microsoft has added a searchable database of clips from famous films that now includes BridesmaidsJurassic Park, Pitch flawless, and Despicable Me.

Microsoft said today that it has teamed up with leading entertainment providers including Universal Studios, the BBC, The Muppets, and more, to find “the funniest, craziest and most iconic moments from some of the best TV and movies out there”. Some, such as the ones found in Messenger, are based on existing characters, and now Microsoft is getting into that game by adding Muppets “Mojis” to Skype.

Sometimes, there are no words to accurately convey what you’re thinking. “Now, when you send a message on Skype, you can personalize your chat and pull in your favourite TV or movie moments to do the talking for you”, the company wrote.
