(TheInquirer.net) – Apple has rolled out iOS 8.3 to iPhones and iPads, adding more diverse emoji along with WiFi calling and wireless CarPlay support.

Apple released iOS 8.3 on Wednesday, after making the software available in public beta at the beginning of March.

Perhaps the most notable change in iOS 8.3 is an updated emoji picker. As well as adding more diversified emoji, including expanded family options and skin tone modifiers, the update organises the new emoji into scrollable lists and categories, and adds several new flags and updated phone, computer and watch emoji.

iOS 8.3 also equips iPhones with support for wireless CarPlay, enabling users to connect to an in-car system without a Lightning cable, along with support for EE’s WiFi Calling service.
