Cee-Lo Green Dropped From Another Music Fest After Controversial Rape Tweet

(Ace Showbiz) – Cee-Lo Green has been dropped from another music festival because of the controversial comments about rape he posted on Twitter recently. This time, BayFest Music Festival in Mobile, Alabama announced they’d removed the rapper from its line-up.
“In light of the recent comments attributed to CeeLo Green that are contrary to the beliefs and conscience of BayFest Music Festival, Mr. Green’s performance at the 2014 BayFest Music Festival on Oct. 4 has been cancelled,” the fest’s organizers said in a statement.
After pleading no contest to charges of furnishing ecstasy to a woman during a 2012 dinner in Los Angeles, Cee-Lo tweeted last week, “If someone is passed out they’re not even WITH you consciously. People who have really been raped REMEMBER!!! So if I TRIED but did NOT succeed but the person said I DID then what really happened?”
